After our initial discussion with B&B we were assigned with Ravi (Contractor). I was very worried about this part as I was un-aware about Ravi’s work history and I did not have any experience in this field.
I meet Ravi and had the kick-off meeting before the construction initiates. He clarified each and every doubts of mine. I was completely relieved as I felt Ravi was Genuine guy and professional in his work.
He explained the execution plan end to end and possible variations up-front.
The Project was running on-time and during this phase of construction, everything was handled as planned by Ravi. He made frequent visits to the site to make sure the quality is right and taken care of.
The project was executed very Professionally and smoothly. In fact the project was completed 1 month before the original execution plan and got handed over to us without any glitches.

After Discussing and working out the Project Specifications, floor Plan and pricing now i think I'm Glad that I met a Honest Professional Person like him and his Construction Crew.
At each stage they absolutely took care of the Quality work as specified with Daily updates over App and whatsapp along with Video's of Material being used and Stocked at Site each day.
Each and Step stage and Daily checks made sure that Building is as committed with 100% quality... He made Sure that he has built, Completed the stage then produced Quality checks and Proofs first , rather than asking for Payment before even the Stage completed... For this reason I still appreciate his sincere and professional behavior ...
